Update About My leg: A post from Cloe

Published by cwilson26 at 4:19 pm under Uncategorized Edit This

Well, I know this update is late because I went to the doggie doc’s a few weeks ago about my leg injury. I kept forgetting to post an update and mom has been hogging the computer. Of course, she has a lot of work to get done online so I was not too mad at her!

So the doggie doc cut my leg off. Now I have 3 legs but it isn’t so bad. I got used to running around on 3 legs pretty fast. Only problem is, mom won’t let me run in the yard anymore. Now I have to be walked or tied up for a little while to go to the potty. Mom and dad are afraid I will get stuck in a trap again and this time I won’t get out and probably starve to death. So they are keeping a very close eye on me. Hopefully mom and dad can get the money soon to fence in our yard. Me and Jake want to run and play real bad. Jasper, Fluff, and Sammy want to run and play too! Mom says as soon as she can afford it she will make sure this big yard of ours is fenced in. I hope it is soon.

The doggie doc gave me antibiotics and mom has been hiding the pills in cheese when she gives them to me. I won’t take it with anything else. Went and got the stitches out today so I don’t have to go see the doggie doc anymore. I am so glad it is all over with. Now mom and dad have to make payments to the doc but they say it is better than me dying. If I wouldn’t have gotten my leg cut off I would have died. Doc said I had gang green in my leg, ewww!

So I am okay and going to take a nap now. Have been running around the house playing with my big brother Jake! bark bark, for now!
