I am having puppies! A post from Sammy
Sammy here! Well, mom and dad didn’t have the extra money to get me spayed in time and I got pregnant. They were hoping I had more time so they could come up with the extra money but it didn’t work out that way. I am due any day now. They will be big puppies because I am big and so is the father. Now mom and dad will have to put an ad in the paper to find homes for them because they can’t keep anymore dogs. Mom and dad both say this is the first and last time for me, not like my own doggy mom when she had a couple of litters before she could be spayed.
I am feeling ok for the most part but at night I get really uncomfortable and I take a fit. Mom doesn’t know wy it is only at night. I don’t know but I hope the puppies come soon because I am tired of carrying them around. They are some heavy little suckers and they kick.
Mom and dad will get me spayed as soon as I am done feeding my puppies. Mom says she doesn’t care if she is broke because I am not going to have more than one litter like my doggy mom did. She doesn’t want me to have to go through the same thing Fluff did. Also, mom has to take care of them all until we find homes for them and it is hard on her because she also has the rest of us. I hope we can find good homes for my babies.
I am signing off now. I am tired and need a nap. Mom will post when I have my puppies!
